Since 2008, BHC has been writing and designing the nursing annual report for Howard County Medical Center. Project management included working with the CNO and nurse managers to develop a manifest, conducting the nurse interviews, conceptualizing infographics and designing a printed annual report. This report received a 2026 Gold Aster Award.
